Gardenia is a new emerging Jerome Village neighborhood just off Hyland-Croy Road being built by Pulte Homes. Although, it’s first phase is a single drive of only 35 lots, there are plans for future development. The home designs themselves are miraculous with open-floor concepts, with your choice of a multi-level or split-level single-family home. And, if you’re looking for some adventure, you can grab your bike and try the 15 miles of connecting bike paths to Glacier Ridge Metro Park. That said, you can also take a short drive to experience: the Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay, Downtown Powell, Shawnee Hills and the new Bridge Park District. Jerome Village is in Plain City, which means you may have to take a short drive to get to some amenities. Though, there are multiple grocery stores such as Kroger and Aldi, with additional retail shops off Sawmill Parkway and in Shawnee Hills. If you’re looking for a day to shop until you drop, the nearest malls are Tuttle Crossing and Polaris Fashion Place. Tuttle is roughly a 15-minute drive from Jerome Village, while Polaris is a 25-minute drive.

Dublin Schools & Nearby Healthcare

Gardenia residents are within the Dublin School District, which has been rated among the top in Central Ohio according to Making it a perfect community to raise a new family! In case of emergency, both Nationwide Children’s Urgent Care and Dublin Methodist Hospital are just moments away. All in all, Gardenia is in a perfect location that allows for an immediate, serene setting in the community while still having quick access to all your surrounding amenities. Pulte Homes has 17 lots and 2 model homes still available in Gardenia’s first phase with 5 unreleased lots. They do plan to start building a newer phase later this year as well. Pulte Homes has set the starting price at $399,990. That being said, there are 9 different floor plans. Home features start with at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and at least 2,426 square feet. These single-family homes from the Reserve Series and their personal Gardenia Series. Some added features may include spacious multi-level and two-story home designs with open sightlines, entertainer’s kitchens with expansive islands and walk-in closets in all bedrooms.
